EL SEMINARIO TENDRÁ COMO OBJETIVO CONSTRUIR UNA RED DE MUNICIPIOS POR LA TRANSPARENCIA QUE AYUDARÁ A LOS ALCALDES A ESTAR AL MARGEN DE LA LEY PÚBLICA.
